As a trained financial and business entrepreneur with many years of experience, he is jointly responsible for the strategic development and positioning of the group of companies, network expansion, evaluation of new projects, involvement in investments and divestments, and general supervision of operational activities.

PartnerLennart Höhn is a partner at Prakriti and responsible for finance and controlling. He analyses and structures new investment opportunities and accompanies investments through to successful completion, always in close consultation with our investors.

Amar Kozic
Finance & ControllingAmar Kozic works at Prakriti as Lead in Finance, Reporting and Controlling for new and existing projects. He has a background in digital marketing and PR, where he was also responsible for all financial matters. In addition, he holds a Master of Science degree with a focus on finance, accounting and controlling.

What does Prakriti mean?
PRA KRI TI, the; <Sanskrit> is the primordial matter of which the universe is composed. Prakriti is the cosmic substance, the original, uncaused cause of phenomenal existence, which is formless, boundless, immovable, eternal and all-pervading. The human thinking organ (Manas) also originates from Prakriti. Prakriti is the basis of everything material and dynamic in the universe.
