Project description: In Ramstein-Miesenbach, not far from Ramstein military airport, the former car park of the Broadway cinema centre, which has been derelict for several years, is being put to a new use. In the years 2022-25, 52 partially furnished flats, 39 fully furnished mini-apartments, 36 fully furnished flats as well as a restaurant and bar for members of the US armed forces, doctors and nursing staff of the military hospital, US government employees, external service providers of the US armed forces and members of other NATO member states stationed in and around Ramstein will be built on the site in a total of 8 buildings.
